This year, your students will be welcomed back to Digital Reader with a bolder student dashboard. The student's Independent Track is highlighted more prominently at the top of the page to encourage independent reading.
The Reread Icon only appears to the top right of books that must be read again to complete their most recent Independent Track journeys. Stay on top of those Rereads to insure new books appear!
To mark a book as read, a student will need to finish the book. On the last page, they will click the check mark. The checkmark no longer appears in the left siderail in the Student Book Reader. We hope this encourages students to slow down and really read their books.
A star icon in the top left corner alerts students when they have Assigned Books or books in their Book Bag—complete with a number showing how many are waiting.
