After the Digital Reader assessment, your next step is determining the instructional reading level for the student being assessed.
For Levels A–E, the only data used for determining the best level to begin guided reading instruction will be the accuracy rate. (Note that at Levels D and E, you will assess comprehension, but that score will not be used to determine instructional level.)
Beginning at Level F, the comprehension score and the accuracy rate will be used to determine the best instructional level to begin guided reading and to decide how to group students by instructional need.
