How Do I Change or Reset My Password for Logging in to the Digital Reader?
If you’ve lost or forgotten your password or are seeking to change it, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Your Password? link under the Submit button on the login page.
You’ll be prompted to submit your email address, and then you’ll be sent a link to reset your password. Keep in mind that once you submit your email address to the reset form, it could take up to 10 minutes to reach your inbox. If you have not received your email after that time, please check your spam folder, refresh the page, and clear your cache on your browser before contacting our team at support@digitalreader.com.
If the system does not recognize your email address, you’ll receive an email indicating that you don’t have an active account. In this case, you will need to contact your school admin or district admin to set up access for you.
