The Digital Reader is equipped with a support tab that provides you with all of the digital tools, tips, and resources needed to successfully navigate all that the Digital Reader has to offer. This tab includes help for getting started, tutorial videos, lesson plans, assessments, downloadables, FAQs, and more.
Support Tab
The Support tab brings you directly to the Digital Reader Support Portal, which is an information hub filled with articles that can help you manage your account, answer your questions, and troubleshoot potential issues you may encounter while using Digital Reader. To locate and navigate the Support tab, follow the steps below.
1. From your dashboard, click on Support.
2. Type a question in the Search Bar to search for a specific article or topic, or use the tiles below to browse the articles by topic. Click the Submit Request link at the top to open a ticket with the Digital Reader support team, or email support@digitalreader.com for assistance.
